Summary职位概述:

1. Strictly implement the safety measures per Conrad Hangzhou tonglu Safety Management Policy and Guidance.
遵守希尔顿员工手册及杭州桐庐康莱德酒店的规章制度。
2. Assure the safety of the Hotel, Hotel personnel and customers, and also the safety of their property.
维护酒店安全秩序，尽职尽责完成岗位工作，保证酒店安全。
3. Providing service for your customer and giving them help Ｏn time.
及时为客人提供帮助和服务。
4. Maintain radio communication well and use it or other fire equipment well.
爱护通讯器材，熟练使用各种消防设施和器材。
5. Be good at observing; prevent unconcerned personnel from entering the hotel.
善于观察，防止无关人员进入酒店客房区域。
6. Prevent drunkard and mental patient from causing trouble in the hotel.
注意发现和防止精神病患者、醉酒者在酒店滋事。
7. Keep watch Ｏn all security and fire-hidden peril. Finding, handling, reporting in a timely manner.
密切注意所在岗位管辖范围内的一切治安消防隐患，做到及时发现，迅速处理和汇报。
8. Assist HR in checking the locker room regularly.
配合人力资源部对员工更衣箱作定期检查。

对酒店重点防火和治安区域做到心中有数，有针对性检查并掌握应急处理程序。
10. Know well own responsibilities upon hearing fire alarm.
掌握火警、灾等事故发生时自己的职责。
11. Do the security work for the VIP.
作好贵宾的安全保卫工作。

严格控制酒店出入口的物资进出、加强核对检查和询问。
